Oat bites you will FALL in love with !

Once a week I always make time to prep these oatmeal goodness treats! I like to have them in the fridge for the week to satisfy my sweet tooth and give me a quick source of protein! Below I have provided the nutritional value as well as the full recipe! They are so quick and so easy, all you need is a mixing bowl, and the following ingredients:

~3 cups Dry Quick oats

~ 1/2 cup Honey

~ 1/4 cup Chia and Flax seed

~3 Scoops Vanilla Protein Powder

~2 Tbsp Cinnamon spices

~3/4 Cup Peanut butter

~ 4 Tbsp mini semi-sweet chocolate chips

** SUBSTITUTIONS **

~ Protein of your choice

~Nut butter of your choice

~Honey or maple syrup (vegan)

~Add 1/2 a cup of pumpkin puree for a festive treat !! 👻

The RECIPE !

  1. Combine dry ingredients in a mixing bowl (oats, flax seed/ chia seed, Protein powder, and cinnamon spices) make sure they are all evenly distributed

  2. Add wet ingredients to the bowl (Honey, Peanut Butter). You may find it hard to mix and think you did something wrong but don't be shy, get your hands in there and combine well!!

  3. Lastly you want to fold in the chocolate chips with a spatula and place in the fridge for about 45 minutes so that its easier to form balls and roll.

Recipe makes 30 balls a little bit smaller than a golfball.
